CLEAN from top to bottom! Cleaning is crucial, though maybe not the most fun part of prepping to sell! Set realistic goals - tackle a cleaning checklist as a family or hire a professional cleaning company. Be sure to get through all of the essentials, room by room and don't forget the not so obvious tasks such as baseboards, gutters, outdoor faucets, etc.

ORGANIZE & declutter. It's best to begin reorganizing your home before you begin your showings.
