Marlene was a joy to work with--she is a true real estate expert. She provided us great advice on what to consider doing to improve the marketability of our house and what not to bother with. We kept the work and expenses to a reasonable amount and that decision paid off in the end. We got a great bang for the bucks we spent. Marlene kept constant contact with us and was immediately responsive to our questions. She also proved she is willing to play hardball in your interest; she resolved issues of under-performance with the contractor and she held the buyer to the agreements they made leading up to closing.
